Tasting Note

Colour: Straw yellow in color with golden reflections.

Nose: The scent is intense and persistent, complex, with fruity and herbaceous aromas, notes of vanilla and walnut muscat.

Palate: The mouth is fruity (peach, grapefruit, and lime) and mineral, medium-bodied, round and fairly balanced. The finish is long, clean, spicy but delicate.

Food Pairing

Good with rich first courses, white meat and cheese. Excellent with soups and grilled fish
