Tasting Note

COLOUR: Ruby red in color with violet reflections, 

AROMAS: it is a fragrant and intensely fruity wine in which blackberry, plum and cherry let themselves be crossed by spicy notes of white pepper and sophisticated herbaceous aromas.  

PALATE: On the palate it is fresh, intense and surprisingly persistent 

Food Pairing

Meat dishes, cold cuts, medium-aged cheeses, such as pecorino, caciottine and tome. It is to be dared slightly fresh with fish dishes, such as mullet with tomato sauce, stews and cod alla livornese.
