Langhorne Creek, Australia
Colour: Vibrant, deep crimson magenta in colour.
Nose: The aroma is of ripe plums, black olive with spice and mint. A hint of blackberry jam exists also.
Mouth: The palate shows ripe plums and blackcurrants with lovely grainy, almost chewy, tannins which add to a very long finish. An extremely refined style with great balance and a lingering acidity.
Pair well with beef, lamb, game meat and poultry
