Spain, Castilla y León, Ribera del Duero
Colour: The wine has a ruby red colour with a garnet shine.
Nose: The intense bouquet is dominated by aromas of red berries, raspberry jam and spices.
Palate: Medium-bodied, with a dense texture and velvety tannins, it demonstrates excellent balance, gastronomic acidity and mineral character on the palate. The aftertaste reveals hints of dried fruits, flowers and spices.
A good accompaniment to grilled beef and lamb, pasta with chicken and mushrooms with creamy sauce and aged cheeses.
